Hernandez Construction is an open book contractor.  The project will be granted constant access to the project record and will also be invited to participate in the bid closing, scope review meetings and award meetings. Our proposed staff has been hand selected and strategically organized to ensure that the project is delivered as an on-schedule, high quality product.
